1. How would people in your ideal world make decisions? What is the role of a leader in facilitating group decisions?
a. I would have them come to an agreement by voting and then listen to the minority and try to incorporate some of their ideas into the majority to make everyone happy. The leader would make sure everyone is listened to and to insure minority ideas are incorporated into the majority decision.
